Dr. Alexis Parcells
As a female plastic surgeon, I am passionate about advocating for women’s health and empowerment.
Most women today are looking to retain their youthful appearance and not look like they have had “work done.” I take pride in addressing each patient’s individual concerns so we can formulate a strategy together in order for you to look and feel your best. I tailor my technique to each individual patient’s desire because no two women are the same, nor should we be!
As someone trained in the modern era of plastic surgery, I utilize the most advanced surgical and nonsurgical techniques in order to achieve natural, beautiful results. Surgery is not always the answer, and often we can combine small non-surgical procedures with or without surgery in order to obtain the best result.
In addition to my aesthetic practice, I am passionate about treating my breast cancer patients, helping them to restore wholeness after lumpectomy or mastectomy through breast reconstruction.
Because I believe every patient requires an individual approach to treatment, I offer cutting edge techniques in breast reconstruction. Additionally, I have created a website, www.bravebras.org, specifically for breast cancer patients so they can better understand their reconstructive options.

“I’m thrilled to join Parcells Plastic Surgery as the team’s Patient Care Coordinator. I currently live in Red Bank and grew up at the Jersey Shore. It’s great to be treating so many women in our community.
My goal is to get to know each of you and help navigate you through the surgical process. I oversee all scheduling and make sure your pre and postoperative care is achieved seamlessly. It’s important you feel comfortable and empowered by your decision. We are in this together.
I’m passionate about all things beauty- inside and out. When I am not at PPS, I am at weddings and various special events as the Makeup Artist.”

As a nurse practitioner, Parcells Plastic Surgery has offered me with many opportunities to continue my education and grow in the field of plastic surgery. Dr. Parcells has been a fantastic mentor for me and I love that the practice is built on teamwork, which is a vital aspect in providing safe and quality care to all of our patients! I graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and completed my Master’s of Science in nursing at Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and my Family Nurse Practitioner Post-Graduate Certificate from Georgetown University. I worked as a pediatric registered nurse at Johns Hopkins Hospital. This is where my passion for the speciality of plastic surgery started because I was able to witness a lot of my patients suffering from self-esteem issues due to their appearance and body image. In the field of plastic surgery, we are able to improve the way patients feel about themselves and promote positive changes towards both their mental and physical health. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the beach and hanging with friends/family.

I am currently studying for my Master’s of Science of Nursing and will soon be a Family Nurse Practitioner! I’ve always felt that nursing was my calling due to my nurturing nature. For as long as I can remember, I’ve always wanted to help and provide care! After working in the operating room for three years, I’ve decided that I wanted to care for patients in a more comprehensive manner.
